Our records indicate that a time extension (SPTE 06-008) was granted which extended Master Plan/Site Plan approval to September 20,2007. Please be advised that the subsequent Development Order for the Master Plan Modification (MPMD 07-002) approved by the City Commission on March 20, 2007 does not extend the project site plan approval date for one (1) year to March 20, 2008. Based on Chapter 2.5, Section 12. of the Land Development Regulations, non-substantial (minor) modifications to Master Plans will not extend time limitations for development of property. I apologize for the incorrect information previously provided to you and any related inconvenience. Should additional time be needed after the September 20, 2007 deadline to obtain permits for the project, you may request a time extension prior to the deadline. Since the applicant chose not to depict certain required buffer areas as Tracts, provide the language contained in the HOA documents which meets this requirement.
