The revised site plan is for 56 single family homes and 25 townhouses, for a total of 81 dwelling units, one (1) less then originally approved. The street system and overall layout of the site plan has remained the same. There are three models of single family homes: Camden, Wentworth and Magnolia. There are five townhouse buildings, each consisting of five units. There is only one townhouse building type. Since the applicant is now responsible for the notice requirements, the mailing labels and maps are not enclosed. We will fulfill the notice responsibility as required prior to any public hearings.
