Please provide the following information needed for staff's report to the Board: 1. Revised justification letter which details the following: accomplishments which demonstrate your "good faith" efforts in securing a building permit for the project (i.e. purchased property, permits applied for or obtained, fees paid (utility capacity reservations, impact fees. etc.), percentage of construction drawings complete or status of building permit drawings if already in the building permit review process, and when it is expected that the building permit will be issued). Also explain in more detail what events occurred which took considerably more time than expected and reasons why. Please fax the revised justification statement to us bv Aorill0, 2007. The justification letter is important and is included as an exhibit to the staff report. Also please be aware that the applicant is responsible for posting the property with the hearing dates and mailing notices to all property owners within a 400 foot radius of the subject property. For a site plan time extension this has to be completed no later than 10 days prior to the first public hearing, which means Saturday, April 14, 2007 is your deadline. Attached is a copy of the notice which can be used for the mailing. The request is described as follows: LOCATION: 226 SE 23rd Avenue REQUEST: Site Plan Time Extension (to extend site plan approval from March 21, 2007 to March 21, 2008 to allow additional time to secure a building permit). PROPOSED USE: Veterinary Clinic, totaling 1,600 square feet LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 8, High Point, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 225, of the Public records of Palm Beach County, Florida. This request can be viewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the City of Boynton Beach Planning and Zoning Division, 100 East Boynton Beach Boulevard. All interested parties are notified to appear at said hearings in person or by attorney and be heard. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Planning and Development Board or City Commission with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
