Dear Mr. Breeze
Attached are four (4) copies of a new drawing, (Sheet No. A-12) and a check for the plan review fee. As
we discussed by phone this week I have shown elevations of the new doors we will be installing in the
existing storefronts and the area around the L.P. gas tank and dumpster.
The storefront modifications are a small percentage of the total building storefronts. We will match the
existing storefront.
You suggested we install some hedges to hide the L.P. gas tank and fence. There is some large palmetto
bushes there now, which would be a good screen for the tank. If after construction they are damaged or
do not provide good screening we will install a hedge as recommended by a local nursery. As can be
seen on the plan, the location of the tank will not interfere with the dumpster access.
If there are any other items needed for issuance of a building permit please call me at 678-966-3307.
Thank you for your assistance
Respectfully,
