Dear Mr. Shah:
In response to your request dated April 18, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/30/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

RE: MINOR SIT PLAN -PARKING MODIFICATION

Dear Mr. Breese:
Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $150.00 for review fees with four (4) sets
of revised Plan previously submitted. The Client has requested to modify the approved
Site Plan for north of the residence parking lot due to existing grade differences and
decided to revise the layout of the parking as shown on the revised plans to avoid
reconstruction of a portion of the parking. Also, the north parking lot (north of the
existing club house) requires us to add minor drainage system (2 inlets and pipes) to
connect to the existing structure for outfall into the existing lake.
As per our meeting with you and Mr. Jeffery Livergood, Public Works Director, these
changes are minor and will not impact the overall parking layout and/or traffic
circulations.
