In response to your request date-stamped November 21, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Re-imaging of the gas station portion of the business from Citgo
to 7-11 (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 11/21/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. Replace the three-band stripe detail on the canopy at the
same location, only extend the band to the edge of the new 7-
11 sign (approximately one foot or so) so it appears as
though it is intended as one sign rather than two separate
images.
2. Remove the signage proposed for the bottom valance of the gas
dispensers and replace with the gradated green to white decal
with no advertisement.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Re: Minor Site Plan Modification - 7-Eleven C-Store/Gas Station

Dear Mr. Breese,
We are working with 7-Eleven to re-brand their gasoline from Citgo to 7-Eleven in the FL market. Our
customer proposes to totally eliminate the Citgo signage on the Main ID (monument) sign, the canopy
fascia, and gas dispensers. As you can see from the attached color concept, the new sign age will
coordinate much better with the 7-Eleven logo and striping colors over the main entrance to the C-store.
The signage is a re-face of existing base equipment. There is no increase in the size of the original light
cabinet on the fascia or the insert on the monument sign. We propose to re-face the light cabinets with the
7-Eleven logo and replace the insert on the monument sign with a same size insert reading "Oh Thank
Heaven.'
The concept also shows the proposed changes on the gas dispensers. Please advise whether your
department regulates this signage and whether it will need a separate permit application. The dispensers
will receive a thorough cleaning and new decals for all the regulatory and gas types to freshen up the look.
Also, on the canopy fascia there is striping. If the striping appears to be damaged or faded, 7-Eleven would
like to have it freshened up with new striping. As you can see from our concept, the striping at this site is a
small patch. In the majority of 7-Eleven sites the striping covers a large portion of the fascia. I understand
your code calls for some type of equation to allow for some measurement of striping. Can you guide us
regarding how this measurement is achieved?
I have enclosed our check for $100 for the modification review. Please contact me with any questions or
comments you have regarding the changes proposed by 7-Eleven. I look forward to hearing from you and
moving on to submitting applications for permits as required.
