Dear Mr. Perez-Azua:
In response to your request dated April 27, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of parking spaces and tire storage enclosure to
accommodate existing light poles and utilities (as depicted on
the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/26/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

1. The parking space at the southernmost light pole, which has been
proposed to be totally striped-out for no parking, shall be amended
to reflect a two (2) foot stripe-out to match the northernmost
light pole. As a result, the parking shall be re-striped to provide
a two (2) to three (3) foot landscape area between the tire storage
enclosure and curb protecting it from the adjacent parking space.
This landscape strip shall consist of the type of plant material in
the immediate surrounding planting areas. Additionally, the
remainder of the space gained in the re-striping shall be allocated
to the six (6) foot landscape island slightly to the north of this
light pole. The increased landscape island shall be planted with
additional plant material as already proposed to be planted
therein, to provide a full and dense planting scheme.

Dear Ed:
We herby request a minor site plan modification for the above referenced project. I have attached (4)
signed & sealed site plans along with a check for $100.0. The items that we have modified and are
see,/<ing approval for are as follows:
1. Due to conflicts with existing FPL and sewer underground utilities, we have relocated the tire
storage enclosure that was originally adjacent to the dumpster enclosure. The relocated tire
storage enclosure, now near the east property line, will be constructed the same as the
dumpster enclosure and the finish will match the building finish. This change resulted in a loss
of one parking space.
Again, this was a necessary change due the existing utilities, which had not been properly
recorded on the original survey.
2. Due to the existing street lighting poles, located on our east side of the property, we have
shifted and striped-off some of our parking area. The existing lighting poles had been originally
located in the survey away from our parking area. On-site measurements, however, show the
poles located approximately 18" into our paved area.
a. We have shifted the three parking spaces at the north east end of the building to
provide a 2' wide yellow striped area between spaces so that cars will avoid contact
with the light pole. This change did not reduce our number of parking spaces.
b. We have completely striped a parking space near the southeast end of the building.
This change resulted in the loss of one parking space.
Please note that the project still exceeds the number of required parking spaces. Please call our office if
you have any questions or concerns.
