Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised date stamped 2/21/07 are "minor" as defined within the Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. project may continue to be processed by the Building Division permit application, subject to the following conditions: plan Land This as a 1. Indicate, by note on the Landscape Plan, that within the sight triangles there shall be an unobstructed cross-visibility at a level between 2.5-ft. and 8- ft. above the pavement (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.H.). The Dwarf Juniper may need to be relocated to meet the sight triangle requirements. 4. Specify the type mulch to be used; Cypress mulch is not permitted (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.C.8.). 5. On the Site and Civil plans, show and identify all necessary traffic control devices such as stop bars, stop signs, double yellow lane separators striping, directional arrows and "Do Not Enter" signage, etc. See City Standard Drawings "K" Series for striping details. 6. Drainage plans, including drainage calculations, in accordance with the LDR, Chapter 6, Article IV, Section 5 will be required at the time of permitting. Drainage plans will be required where the net increase in impervious area is greater than 800 s.f. . Page 2 March 8, 2007 7. All plans submitted for specific permits shall meet the City's Code requirements at time of application. These permits include, but are not limited to, the following: paving, drainage, curbing, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation. Permits required from other permitting agencies such as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Lake Worth Drainage District (LWDD), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Palm Beach County Health Department (PBCHD), Palm Beach County Engineering Department (PBCED), Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resource Management (PBCDERM) and any others, shall be included with the permit request. 8. All comments requiring changes and/or corrections to the plans shall be reflected on all appropriate sheets. 9. Acceptance of these plans during the Minor Site Plan Modification process does not ensure that additional comments may not be generated during permit review.
