The condition for Paz Plaza to join parking lots with the proposed doctor's office can not be met due to Pedro Diaz's, the owner of Paz Plaza, unwillingness to do so. For this reason, I am requesting this condition to be removed from the application. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
