screen enclosures for each of the three different kinds of
units at the Los Mangos Development located on S. Federal
Highway at S.E. 28th Court.
Mr. Annunziato referred to this development having two dif-
ferent kinds of duplexes and four unit townhouses and
advised these screen enclosures will provide to meet the
needs of different units. The Technical Review Board recom-
mended approval and the 'Planning & Zoning Board reviewed
this request and recommended approval as submitted.
Mr. Sam Scheiner, 528 S.E. 27th Terrace, complimented the
Planning Department, Community Appearance Board and Planning
& Zoning Board for their action in getting this through in a
short time. He introduced the architect who worked on the
drawings.
Councilman Cassandra referred to there being a question
about Florida Power & Light Co. being able to get between
the two buildings and Mr. Scheiner replied this has been
resolved with a twoJleet wide opening being sufficient.

Mr. Cassandra moved to accept the unanimous recommendation
of the Planning & Zoning Board for approval to construct
these screen enclosures for Los Mangos. Mr. Warnke seconded
the motion. No discussion. Motion carried 4-0.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING APPENDIX A - ZONING, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, BY AMENDING
SECTION 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS. TO AMEND THE DEFINITION
OF DRIVE-IN RESTAURANT AND TO ADD A NEW DEFINITION FOR
DRIVE-THRU RESTAURANT; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY
OTHER DEFINITION CONTAINED IN SECTION 1 OF SAID ZONING
CODE REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY
ENACTED; AMENDING SECTION 6. COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
REGULATIONS AND USE PROVISIONS. OF SAID ZONING CODE TO
PROVIDE THAT DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS AND DRIVE-THRU
RESTAURANTS SHALL BE CONDITIONAL USES IN THE C-2, C-3
AND C-4 ZONING DISTRICTS; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY
