Dear Mr. Davis:
In response to your request dated May 29, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of townhome facades (as depicted on the attached
plans) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 6/1/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

3. Coordinate the plant selection and planting scheme with the
City Forester, Kevin Hallahan.

Comment: Karen Main, P&Z - Elevations of 20 interior townhomes differed from those
submitted with the original site plan approval
Dear Mr. Breese
In response to Karen Main's comment on building permit numbers 07-1030 and 1031 regarding
the change in the townhome elevations, we are submitting this letter to request a Minor Site Plan
Modification to approve the change. Outlined below are the changes that were made to the
elevations:
. Provided more definition of the unit entries.
. Varied the unit entries for more individual character.
. Provided additional articulation of the facade by varying window treatments and band
treatments
. Varied roof lines to add more character and to align with floor plan arrangements
. Added elements reflective of the other buildings on the site for a complimentary design
scheme
We feel that the changes made to the elevations benefit the overall aesthetic of the project, and
that these changes are a vast improvement over what was submitted during the site plan approval
process.

Enclosed, please find the townhome elevations submitted during the site plan approval process, as
well as the current permit set elevations. Also enclosed is a check for $150.00 to cover the fee for
the minor site plan modification.
