1ih Avenue. The City Commission approved this abandonment on July 17, 2007.

That part of the right of way for Southeast 2nd Street (formerly Ronald Street)
as shown on the plat of Central Park, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 12 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
described as follows:
Begin at the northwest comer of lot 20 of said Plat of Central Park; thence S.
on 54' 40" E., along the west line of lots 20, 21,22, and 23,300.00 feet to the
southwest comer of said lot 23; then N. 90 0 00' 00" W., 50.00 feet to the
southeast corner oflot 24; thence N. 0054' 40" W., along the east line of lots
24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, 300 feet to the northeast corner of said lot 29;
