1. That a complete and accurate legal description with the specific property interest sought to be vacated or
abandoned, including where possible a plat map or drawing showing the general area and location
involved, is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; is not a part of any state or federal highway system; and was not
acquired or dedicated for state or federal highway purposes.

Dear Heather:
FPL has no objection to the abandonment of the above referenced easement contingent upon the following:
1. Additional easements must b~ granted to FPL for any and all proposed FPL facilities necessary to service any and
all future construction requiring electrical service at abandoned site.
2. All easements where FPL faciliti.es exist arc not considered abandoned until said facilities Ilre de-energized,
relocated and/or removed.
3. Any and all cost resulting in the Telocation or removal ofFPL facilities due to said abandonment are paid by tbe
customer and lor property OwneT and (or request'ing party.
