The following comments are being forwarded to you for your review and response: ~ On Sheet Al.1, under "Site Data", the water bodies square footage calculation does not match the Lake calculation (2.99 acres -vs- 3.03 acres). ~ On Sheet Al.1, under "Site Data", the ridge line of the roof is indicated at 28'- 4", while D certain building elevations depict a height of28'- 8". \JI The Conditions of Approval (COA) attached to the original Development Order states "Staff recommends increasing the number of poles and reducing lighting intensity to provide overall lighting levels closer to I-foot candle average. Most ofthe site is well in excess of the 1-foot candle required, with "hot spots" of to-foot candles plus in the immediate vicinity of proposed light pole locations". Since this comment from the original approval has not yet been complied with, please address it in this submittal, and ensure that adequate ./ shielding is provided so that no light spillage onto adjacent residential properties occurs. 0.
