Dear Mr. Gardner:
In response to your request date-stamped October 19, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Installation of approximately 212 feet of 6 foot high black
vinyl chain link fence along the north property line and 40 feet
of 6 foot high galvanized chain link fence along the southeast
property line to match existing (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/19/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. The City prefers no landscape material be removed with this
installation, however, any plant material that needs to be
removed for the fence installation shall be coordinated in
advance with the City Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have
additional questions.
