attached drawing, and the clear aisle as depicted shall be
maintained on the sidewalk, to facilitate pedestrian traffic.
2. The sidewalk area utilized for the outdoor seating must be policed
several times during the hours of operation to ensure cleanliness
and thoroughly cleaned daily.
3. Capital Facilities fees shall be paid for the outdoor seating and
the Business Tax Certificate shall reflect the outdoor seating in
the total number of restaurant seats.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Minor Modification
Dear Mr. Breese:
This letter is a request for a determination of a "minor" modification to the approved site
plan for the Boynton Town Center commercial development.
The proposed change to the approved site plan is the addition of outdoor seating
outside the space occupied by Panda Express Restaurant. The Panda Express is
located at 970 N. Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boynton Beach, FL 33055.
Panda Express is proposing to have (4) four tables w/ (2) two seats each in the sidewalk
outside the restaurant. The existing sidewalk is approximately 10'-9" (to be field verify).
Pedestrian traffic will not be interfered by the outdoor tables/seats,
