The above-referenced project W2S previously approved by the Gty Commission on June 20,
2006, with a height exception of 18'-6" above the 35'-0" allowable height. That approval has since
eKpued, and we are now re-submitting for a new site plan approwJ.
The proposed. building is still 35'-0" to the top of the roof slab, with a 5'-Ort high parapet waIl
on all sides $0 U to hide moftop mec.haniod equipment. In an effort to accentuate the central main
enttance, an additional 3'-0" of height has been added to the cen1ri1l bay, for a total of 8'-0" above
the 35'"0" high top of 5lab (compared to the 18'-6" previously approved).
