RE: Quantum Park Lot 1-0PH Bank Minor Site Plan Modification 1485 Gateway Blvd Boynton Beach, FL Dear Mr. Breese: The following is a list of the items that were updated from the preliminary site plan approval to the final construction document submittal. Please note that the changes were mainly due to coordination with existing building components and feasibility of construction. Enclosed is the fee of $150 and four sets of sheets A1.0, A3.0 & 81, showing the following changes: 1. Front Tower-The tower is now shown like the existing condition. We added the canopy like the original drawing but showing the curve profile that the existing tower has. We also adjusted the stucco banding for the signage area from the original. 2. Foam Banding-We adjusted the foam banding to match the existing conditions. The existing foam will be repaired as necessary and replaced. 3. Drive-thru elevations and location -Due to coordination vvith the tenant we adjusted the drive-thru canopy. The office component was removed and the canopy was re-designed to meet the new requirements. Also, the drive-thru lane was changed the canopy was relocated to meet the tenant requirements. 4. Base Reveals-Due to feasibility of construction we removed the stucco reveals added to the base of the building. These were considered impractical and very difficult to construct properly with the existing conditions. 5. Conduit Enclosure in the back of the building-We added an enclosure to the back of the building to run all the conduits from the tellers to the drive-thru. 6400 NORTH ANDREWS AVENUE · SUITE 500 · FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33309 · (954) 771.3305 · FAX (954) 771.3442 6. Per your comments the north elevation now shows the west side "pop up." 7. Per your comments the diamonds around the top have been removed and labeled. 8. The site lighting plan has been modified to reflect the change in A TM location to the rear. As discussed, the Landscape Drawings will be forthcoming, as my Landscape Architect is out of town for the next few weeks. Please process this temporarily so my Building Permit can move forward.
