Dear Mr. Nardone:
In response to your request date-stamped March 5, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of raised pedestrian crosswalk on the north side of
Building "A-B" (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Removal of paver walk at the southeast corner of Building "A-B"
(as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Revised retaining wall location at the southeast corner of the
property and associated removal of two (2) parking spaces (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
· Modification of wood trellis along relocated retaining wall (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/17/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Per our discussion, as a follow~up I am providing this letter as a summary of the proposed
Minor Site Modifications.
. Provided raised crosswalk at the north side of Building "A+B".
. Removed the paver walk feature in the driveway at the southeast comer of
Building "A+B".
. Revised location of the retaining wall in the southeast corner.
. Removed two parking spaces to provide room for the revised retaining wall.
. Parking tabulation was revised accordantly.
. Revised wood trellis at the retaining wall.

Attached please find our design for a speed hump in the parking lot at the publix at
Quantum village. The speed hump is needed to provide a 5 'handicap path (2% or less cross
slope) across an area that is greater than 2% (4%+/-). We could not locate a typical
detail for Boynton Beach, therefore, our design is based on Palm Beach County and the City
of West Palm Beach typical details (see attached). Please review and thank you for your
time.
