Dear Mr. Cohen:
In response to your request dated March 21, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Increase in building square footage by approximately 800 square
feet and addition of 3 parking spaces (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
. Modification of first floor lobby area and handicap parking (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
· Modification of exterior building facades and colors and
reduction in building height (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/5/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. At time of permit submittal, update Sheet A1.1 to reflect revised

2. At time of permit submittal, update Sheet A1.1 to reflect the
parking variance (ZNCV 06-010) granted 12-5-06 for 49 parking
spaces.
3. At time of permit submittal, update Sheet A1.1 to reflect the
height exception (HTEX 06-003) granted 6-20-06 for 18 feet above
the 35 foot height limitation, for roof top equipment.
4. At time of permit submittal, depict that the requirement for all
rooftop equipment to be screened for a distance of 600 feet is met.

5. At time of permit submittal, ensure that no modification has been
made to the landscape plan, including total counts for all
landscape species. Any modification should be coordinated with the
City Forester.
6. This Minor Site Plan Modification approval does not include any
internal or floorplan improvements, which are subject to building
permit review process.
7. Acceptance of these plans during the Minor Site Plan Modification
process does not ensure that additional comments may not be
generated during permit review.

Re: Pylon Office Building (Woolbright Executive Center)
Dear Mr. Breese:
Weare requesting a site plan modification of the Development Order for the
aforementioned project.
The building setbacks from the property lines remain the same. Weare squaring off the
north end of the building and increasing the second floor and third floor area of the
building by eight hundred square feet on the north end. When we square off the building,
we will be increasing the covered parking by three spaces which make up for the building
square footage. We are also adding a five foot high wall at the north end of the building
to hide the parking.
Additionally, we are modifying the lobby area and handicapped parking on the ground
floor as well as reducing the lobby area on the ground and upper two floors. We are then
relocating the stair towers so they are symmetrical to the west elevation of the building.
The reduced lobby area on the ground floor will reduce the gross condition building area
by three hundred square feet. This will basically negate the additional three hundred
square feet of condition space we are adding on the second and third floor.
The landscape plan remains the same throughout the site other than adjusting the plant
material on the north end of the building where we squared off the building and opening
the drive of the parking area on the southeast comer of the adjoining building.
We are using the saEne green glass on the building. We have modified the exterior colors
which are depicted on the rendering and the color numbers from Benjamin Moore are on
the architectural elevations.
The building parapet feature at the entrance has been lowered to forty-three feet in lieu of
fifty-one feet which was approved originally. This was accomplished by using a different
type of elevator.
The building fayade is more architecturally sensitive to the environment and provides the
building with a more refined appearance.

We hope you feel as we do that the redesign of the exterior of the building blends in with
both the buildings; one to our east by maintaining the green glass and simples lines as
well as the second building to our west which is basically stucco.
We thank you for all the time that you and your staff have given us and look forward with
you to the completion of the Woolbright Executive Center.
