Dear Ms. Jones:
In response to your request dated August IS, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Installation of a hunter green vinyl awning over the walkway to
the bank's entrance (as depicted on the attached plan).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 8/15/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

1. If the scope of the project demands removal of any landscaping,
then approval of the City Forester is required prior to the
relocation/elimination of such plant material.
2. No signage is depicted on the awning. If signage is contemplated,
it would be reviewed for appropriateness and code compliance at
that time.

GENERAL NOTES
1 All pipe to be schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe.
2. All connections shall be fully welded. Thus:

3. All welds to comply with AW.S. code.
4. Cover welds with aluminum paint or zinc rich coating.
5 All structures are designed in accordance with Florida
Building Code, 2004 Edition.
6. Canvas awnings shall be removed when winds reach
maximum whole gale force or installed in such a
manner that the fabric will release from the frame with
a wind load of 15 Ibs.lsq. ft.
7 Frames without covering will withstand 150 mi./hr.
wind and are designed per ASCE 7 using rational
analysis.
Attachments to buildings should be made with:
L 3/S" lags into wood.
2. 3/8" wedge anchors into concrete.
3. 3/8" Quick Bolts into concrete block.
4. Maximum spacing shall be 36" on center.
