Dear Mr. Marzi:
In response to your request dated-stamped June 1, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Site modifications for Red Lobster as a result of Congress
Avenue ingress/egress changes required by Palm Beach County (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 5/31/07 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

handicap ramp in the northeast corner of Outlot 3, which do not
appear to connect to each other.
2. Palm Beach County Health Department permits may be required for
the revisions to the water and sewer systems serving this project
(CODE, Section 26-12) .
3. A building permit for this project shall not be issued until
Engineering/Utilities has approved the plans for the water and/or
sewer improvements required to service this project, in accordance
with the CODE, Section 26-15.
4. On Sheet LA-1, correct Note 1-1 to reflect Kimley Horn Sheets LA-1
and LA-2.
5. Please note that changes or revisions to these plans may generate
additional comments. Acceptance of these plans during the Minor
Site Plan Modification process does not ensure that additional
comments may not be generated at permit review.

The above referenced minor modification site plans, received on 6/05/07, were reviewed for Public
Works, Engineering, and Utilities against the requirements outlined in the City of Boynton Beach Code of
Ordinances. This modification is required to address changes required by Palm Beach County as a
result of revising the two-way driveway from Boynton Town Center to Congress Ave to a "right-in/right-
out" driveway pair by adding a second, narrower, driveway between Outlots #2 and #3. The Red Lobster
building and parking lot with utilities shifted 24-ft. south and the site entrance was moved to the east side
of the outlot to accommodate the Boynton Town Center driveway changes.
We have no objection to the proposed modification(s). The following comments (with the appropriate
Code and Land Development Regulations (LDR) referenced) may be addressed during permitting.
