Dear Mike:
At your request, we agree to reschedule the above referenced application until
the February 12, 2008 CRA meeting and the first City Commission meeting in March,
concurrent with the Second reading of the Workforce Housing Ordinance.
Please send me the notice reflecting these revised dates to include with our
notices to send to the neighbors.
Although this does present a hardship to our client, I am confirming with you that
since the expiration is on February 15, 2008, there are no issues with the pending City
Commission approval date being scheduled after the expiration date. I understand that
the only requirement is that the extension be requested prior to the expiration date.
Thus, this requirement has been met.
Very truly yours,
~~
