Dear Mr. Bridges:
In response to your request dated May 1, 2007 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of a storage building (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 5/1/07 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have
additional questions.

Dear Ed,
We have re-arranged the existing storage lockers that used to be located on the side of
the then pool equipment room, now the buffet. At that time they looked like a row of
doors, with a flat roof over them.
The new arrangement is to place the lockers in a room with a sloped roof to match the
club roof. The existing covered walkway has been rerouted along the side of the locker
room to the new pool and deck. Four sets of signed and sealed plans are attached per your
request.
