Boynton Beach Blvd. P.O. Box 310 Boynton Beach, FL 33425-0310 Re: The Ticket Clinic Monument Sign Alternatives Dear Mayor and Commissioners: After the last hearing I spoke with my client and we have come up with a couple of revised alternatives to the monument sign. The alternative signs have eliminated the text on the side that you were objecting to and have replaced it with the name of the law firm. For your reference, I have attached the Original Proposed Sign and the two alternative signs are labeled Revised Sign A and Revised Sign B. I would appreciate any feedback you would have in advance of the January 2nd hearing so I can be prepared to address it. In regard to the sign on the building, we have confirmed that it complies with the code and have evaluated many (most) businesses throughout the City that have both a monument sign and a wall sign. In fact, most retail buildings, such as the CVS that was questioned at the hearing, has multiple wall signs. Our request is to retain the wall sign as it exists. We believe the overall site improvements will enhance the property from its existing and long time delapidated condition and be an assess to the area and City. We look forward to getting this resolved so the project can move forward. Please feel free to call me with your comments or questions. Thank you and Happy New Year!
