Dear Mr. Mejia:
In response to your request date-stamped December 29, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Fa9ade enhancements to the temporary sales trailer (as depicted
on the attached drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 12/29/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. The fa9ade colors shall be as follows: the main body color of
the facade would be yellow: "June Day" (SW 6682). The
trim/accent color is proposed as a soft yellow color: "Butter
Up" (SW 6681). The door would be painted white: "Extra White"
( SW 7006).
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Re: Application for Minor Modification to Temporary Sales Center

Please consider this letter as our application for Minor Modification to the approved
Temporary Sales Center at the Community of Waterside already in construction. This is
a proposal to enhance the pre- fabricated front trailer elevation

100.00 dollars to complete this request.
