Fa9ade enhancements to the temporary sales trailer (as depicted on the attached drawing) . Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 12/29/06 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. The fa9ade colors shall be as follows: the main body color of the facade would be yellow: "June Day" (SW 6682). The trim/accent color is proposed as a soft yellow color: "Butter Up" (SW 6681). The door would be painted white: "Extra White" ( SW 7006). Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit.
