Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 3/19/07 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscaping shall be continued where the gate was originally proposed, matching that placed along the wall immediately to the east. Please note that this letter does not constitute a Planning and Zoning Division site plan modification approval, nor an Utilities Department clearance for future sanitary connections. Please also note that all right-of-way improvements and all grading to Palmer Road as per the original approved plans on file with the City of Boynton Beach remain unchanged.
