Dear Mr. Ballbe:
In response to your request date-stamped March 19, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Elimination of proposed emergency access (as depicted on the
attached drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 3/19/07 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. Landscaping shall be continued where the gate was originally
proposed, matching that placed along the wall immediately to
the east.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Pursuant to the "Minor Modification Process" requirenaents for the above referenced project,
enclosed please find the following information:
1. Four copies ofthe revised plans.
2. A check in the anaount of$100.00 naade payable to the City of Boynton Beach.
3. Letter frona the City of Boynton Public VVorks Departnaent and Fire Departnaent agreeing to
the request to close the enaergency access.
On behalf of Souther Honaes, we would like to request the following naodifications to the approved
Site and Master Plan:
a. Ftenaove emergency access located east of building no. 15.
b. Add two guest parking spaces east of building no. 15 where access used to be located.
c. Extend wall to secure parcel and cancel access.

Mr Ballbe,
This is to inform you that the City of Boynton Beach Public Works
Department/Engineering Division and the City's Fire Chief Inspector,
Rick Lee, have agreed on a Southern Homes request to eliminate the
access via Palmer Road and extend the CBS wall in lieu of a gate.
Please note that this letter does not constitute a Planning and
Zoning Division site plan modification approval, nor an Utilities
Department clearance for future sanitary connections. Please also
note that all right-of-way improvements and all grading to Palmer
Road as per the original approved plans on file with the City of
Boynton Beach remain unchanged.
