Dear Ms. Tufford:
In response to your latest request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications
proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

existing building and location of three (3) radio cabinets on the rooftop at a maximum height of
50 feet 5.5-inches (as depicted on the attached drawings).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 10/15/07 are "minor" as

Hi Alea -
We have reviewed the revised drawings/photos submitted today for the proposed rooftop antennas at Woolbright
Corporate Center and note the following:
1. Provide the name and manufacturer of the proposed color to be used for the screening of the antennas.
2. Provide the type of building materials to be used for the screening of the antennas.
3. Demonstrate compliance with Section 5.C. including an Engineer's statement which certifies the need for a
total of 9 antennas and the need for the proposed dimensions of the antennas.
4. The photos were very helpful especially the before (existing) and after (proposed) scenarios. However, it is
apparent from the north elevation that the screen walls are not integrated into the architecture of the
building, and therefore not desired as proposed. Please revise.
Thanks,
