I personally inspected the work performed at this site, spoke with the President of the
HOA, and a few of the residents, in passing, to see if there were any problems relative
to the work. There were no complaints; such as water leaks, cracks, or noise.
Inspections were performed in full by the city for approximately 10 of the buildings.
This letter is to confirm my APPROVAL of the framing, the sheathing, and the lathe
installation, along with the electric, which consisted of removing a box and
reinstalling the box with the same wires in the same location.
