OPENING INSPECTIONS FOR 200 VILLA CIRCLE—BUILDING NO. 2
This letter serves to notify that my representative or I have inspected the installation every exterior
window and sliding glass door for the above referenced project and confirm that the new window and
door products have been installed as per the manufacturer's specifications and installation details.
To the best of my knowledge all work was done in compliance with the 2014 FBC and all applicable local
codes.
The product approvals are as follows:
Horizontal Sliding Window: CGI Windows & Doors, NOA# 15-0929.13 Series "Sentinel 120"
Single Hung: CGI Windows& Doors, NOA# 15-0512.10 Series "Sentinel 110"
Sliding Glass Door: CGI Windows & Doors, NOA# 15-0619.06 Series "Sentinel 150"
New windows and sliding glass doors were properly sealed against water infiltration with Sikaflex
sealant on the exterior, and Loctite Polyseamseal on the interior per manufacturer specifications.
2nd and 3rd floor windows with sills less than 36" high are equipped with ASTM F 2090-10 approved
window opening control devices not to allow the passage of a 4" sphere.
