AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY REZON-
ING LOTS 16 and 17, BLOCK 7, BOWERS PARK, RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK ll, PAGE 57, FROM ZONE
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned and/or zoned as
follows:
Lots 16 and 17, Block 7, Bowers Park, Recorded in Plat
Book 11, Page 57, public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida,/ from Zone R-2 to Zone C-2.

The official zoning map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause,
