AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY GRANTING
CONDITIONAL USE TO AUTHORIZE CONDUCT OF AUTOMOTIVE
REPAIR WORK ON LOTS 7, 8, 9 AND 10, BLOCK 3, LAKE BOYNTON
ESTATES, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 32, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-8 (31) of
the Codified Ordinances of the County of Bo~nton Beach, Florida, a conditional
use to authorize automotive repair work on the following described parcel of
land is hereby granted:
Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 3, Lake Boynton Estates,
Recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32, public records of
Palm Beach County, Florida.
The official zoning map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any pro-
vision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
