FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY,
BY REZONING LOTS l, 2 and 3, BLOCK 12, and LOTS l, 2
and 3, BLOCK 13, AMENDED PLAT OF BOYNTON RIDGE,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA~
FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE C-1; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH,
SECTION 1:

FLORIDA:
The following parcel shall be rezoned and/or zoned as
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 12, and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block t3,
Boynton Ridge Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 24,
Page 28, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
to be zoned from Zone R-1 to Zone C-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and ordinances of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
