3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
4 FLORIDA,APPOINTING COMMISSIONER AIMEE KELLEY AS A
5 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF BOYNTON WEST
6 RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (COBWRA), AND APPOINTING
7 COMMISSIONER ANGELA CRUZ AS ALTERNATE
8 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF BOYNTON WEST
9 RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (COBWRA); AND PROVIDING AN
10 EFFECTIVE DATE.

12 WHEREAS, The Coalition of Boynton West Residents Association (COBWRA) is a civic
13 organization representing the residential communities of West Boynton Beach, Florida, in
14 unincorporated Palm Beach County; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
16 representation on the Coalition of Boynton West Residents Association (COBWRA); and
17 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
18 representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and
19 honor of service.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
21 BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
22 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as being
23 true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
24 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby appoints
25 Commissioner Aimee Kelley as a representative to the Coalition of Boynton West Residents
26 Association (COBWRA) and appoints Commissioner Angela Cruz as alternate representative
27 to the Coalition of Boynton West Residents Association (COBWRA).
28 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
