AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOTS 18 TO 29, LOTS 44 TO 67,
LOTS 90 TO 113, AND LOTS 145 TO 150, ALL INCLU-
SIVE, ARDEN PARK SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM
BI, ACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM ZONE C-2 TO
ZONE M- 1; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON,
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
follows:
The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or zoned as
Lots 18 to 29, Lots 44 to 67,.Lots 90 to 113, and Lots
145 to 150, all inclusive, Arden Park Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 96, Public Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida, from Zone C-2 to Zone M-1.
The official zoning map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any provision
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repea. ling Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4; Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
