AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, A_MENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOT 6 AND GOVERNMENT LOT
9 (LESS THE NORTH 40 FT. THEREOF) AND LOT 10
(LESS STATE ROAD #9 RIGHT-OF-WAY), ACREAGE
SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, PAL~I
BEACH COUNTY RECORDS, FROM ZONE R-1AA TO
ZONE R-3A: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNTY OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned and/or
zone d as follows:
Lot 6, and Government Lot 9 (less the North 40' thereof)
and Government Lot 10 (Less State Road #9 Right-of-way )
Acreage Section 33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, Palm Beach County Public
Records, from Zone R-1AA to Zone R-3A.
The official zoning map of the City shall be amended according[y.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordin
ance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinan¢
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
