AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USE OF LOTS
21 AND 22 AND TRACT 130' -FEET X 163.96 FEET
LYING SOUTH OF LOTS 21 AND 22 GAY MAR ESTATES,
PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 110, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR CHURCH AND
RELIGIOUS PURPOSES: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Use of lhe following described parcel for church and
related religious purposes is hereby authorized:
Lois 21 and 22 and a tract 130 ~i. x 163.96 ft.
lying so~th of Lois 21 and 22, Gay Mar Estates
SubdiviSion as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 110,
Public ~ecords of Palm Beach County, Florida.
The official zoning map of the City shall be amended aCcordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any pro-
vision hereof shall be declaimed invalid, the remaining portion shall not be af-
fected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing .Provisions: All ordinances or paris of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
