AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9~OF SAID CITY, BY REZONING
THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH -90 FEET OF LOT 8, OF THE
SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43
EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF
BOYNTON ROAD, LESS THE EAST 3 ACRES THEREOF, TO BE
ZONED FROM R-1 TO ZONE C-I; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned and/or
zoned as follows:
That portion of the South 90 feet of Lot 8 of
Subdivision of Section 20, Township 45 ,South,
Range 43 East, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, public records
of Palm Beach County, Florida, lying North of
Boynton Road, LESS the East 3 acres thereof, to
be zoned from ZONE ~-1 to ZONE C-l~with the
parking of heavy trucks thereon being prohibited.
The Official Zoning Map of lhe City shall be amended
accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or part~
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and ordinanc
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
