AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY REZONING
THE EAST 240 FEET OF THE WEST 392.29 FEET OF THE NORTH
107. 31 FEET AND THE EAST 540 FEET OF THE WEST 1187.38
FEET OF THE NORTH t07. 38 FEET, ALL IN LOT 19, SAM BROWN
JR'S SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 81 PALM
BEACH COUNTY RECORDS, AND LOT4 &LOT 5 (LESS THE SOUTH
5 FEET THEREOF} and LOTS 17, 18, 19 AND 20, BOYNTONBOROUGH
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 174, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO BE REZONED FROM R-1
TO ZONE R-3A; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following parcel shall be rezone d and/or
zone d as follows:
The East 240 feet of the West 392.29 feet of the North
107.31 feet and the East 540 feet of the West 1187. 38 feet
of the North 107.38 feet, all in Lot 19 SAM BROWN JR'S
SUBDIVISION according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 81, Palm Beach County Records, and
Lot~ & Lot 5 (less the S~uth 5 feet thereo~)~and Lots
17~ 18, 19 and 20, BOYNTONBOROUGH, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 174
public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, to be
rezoned from ZONE R-1 to ZONE R-3A.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordi~
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall no~
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
~SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinanc.
