O65-45ORDINANCE NO: 65-45 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING CERTAIN B~GETARY TRANSFERS WITH RELATION TO THE 1964-1965 BUDGET OF SAID CITY. PREAMBLE THIS ORDINANCE IS DEEMED TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE EN:ACTED FOR THE IMMEDIATE PRESERVA - TION OF THE HEALT~ SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FOR THE EFFICIENT DAILY OPERATION OF THE MUNICIPAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY. WHEREAS~ certain inter-fund transfers with relation to the 1964-1965 budget for the City bf Boynton Beach, Florida, are necessary in order ~o balance the budget of said fiscal year, which inter-fund transfers are more particularly set forth in the exhibit attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW~ THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida: SECTION 1: That the inter-fund transfers se~ forth in the exhibit attached hereto with relation to the 1964-1965 municipal budget of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby approved and authorized. SECTION 2: That this ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure and shall take immediate effect. PASSED AND ADOPTED this first reading this 18th day of October, A.D., 1965. (Corp.
