AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING MINIMUM STANDARDS
FOR THE SIZE, CONFIGURATION, LOCATION AND
LAYOUT OF VEHICULAR PARKING SPACES WITHIN
SAID CITY: PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY,
A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That in order to establish minimum standards
and criteria for the size, configuration, location and layout of vehicular
parking spaces within the ~ity of Boynlon Beach, Florida, the data and
material contained in the attached sketches are hereby adopted by reference
and made a part of this ordinance! for said purpose.
SECTION 2: Authority to Codify. Authority is hereby granted
to codify and incorporate this ordinance in the City's existing code.
SECTION 3: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
no~ be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinance
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
