SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied and there shall be collected for
the use and support of the m~icipal government of the City of Boston
Beach, Florida, and to provide for city publicity and ~terest and
S~g Fund requirements for the fiscal year beg~i~ November !,
1965, and endi~ October 31, 1966, upon all property real, personal,
and ~ed, within the corporate iMts of said city subject to taxation
as follows, said tax bei~ so levied and apportioned to the spec~ic
purposes herein set forth:

SECTION 2: All monies collected under this ordinance for the specific
items herein named be and the same are hereby appropriated and set
apart for the specific purposes indicated in each item. Ail receipts
for the city not specifically apportioned by this ordinance are hereby
made payable to the General Fund of the City.
SECTION 3: This ordinance is an ordinance fixing the tax rate and making
a tax levY for the General Expense, City Publicity and Interest and
Sinking Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the CITY OF BOINTON
BEACH, FLORIDA~ for the fiscal year beginning November t, 1965~ and
ending October 31, 1966
SECTION ~: This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
passage in accordance with the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, in such case made and previded.
