LYING EAST OF U. S. HIGHWAY #1 and WEST OF THE
INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY FROM ZONE t{'3 TO
ZONE C-1. (Address: 2649 North Federal High,way,
Boynton Beach, Florida. ); repealing all ordinances or
paris of ordinances in conflict herewith.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:

feet of the NWl/4 of SECTION 15, Township 45 South,
Range 43 East, lying East of U. S. Highway #1 and
West of the Intracoastal Waterway, to be rezoned from R3 lo Zo
(Address: 2649 N. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, Florida
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordin
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, includ~ing word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
S~C~I:ON 3: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4; Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinanc~
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
