FRANK WEBBER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 9,
PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY
FLORIDA, FROM ZONE R-1 to ZONE I~2A;REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF OIlDINA~CES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:

The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accord-
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinanc~
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, 'FLORIDA.
