20-002 Li ORDINANCE NO.20-002 i AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA, I AMENDING ORDINANCE 02-013 TO REZONE A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN AND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS 1 BOYNTON MALL FROM COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL (C-3) TO 1 SUBURBAN MIXED USE (SMU); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, 1SEVERABILITY,AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. M 1 1 WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has adopted 111 Ordinance No. 02-013, in which a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and 1 6 WHEREAS, the property owner has made application to rezone land, said land being 1 C more particularly described hereinafter, from Community Commercial (C-3) to SUBURBAN 1%i' MIXED USE(SMU); and 1 iWHEREAS, the City Commission conducted public hearings as required by law and 1 I heard testimony and received evidence which the Commission finds supports a rezoning for the 11` property hereinafter described; and L1 AWHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best interests of the inhabitants of 1 N said City to amend the aforesaid Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth. 2 N NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF 21 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA,THAT: 2 1 Section 1.
