AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING THE INTENTION
OF SAID CITY TO EXTEND ITS MUNICIPAL
TERRITORIAL LIMITS BY THE ANNEXATION OF
AN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING
CONTIGUOUS; THERETO AND WITHIN PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TO-WIT: LOTS 41,
42 AND THE WEST 231 FEET OF LOTS 54 and 55
AMENDED PLAT OF TRADE WINDS ESTATES,
PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA~ REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH;
PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, AN EFFECT-
IVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of a certain tract of land, more part-
icularly described hereinafter, lying adjacent and contiguous to the territorial
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, and within Palm Beach County, Florida,
has petitioned the City Council for the annexation of said property by the City
of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS, subjectlract contains less than ten registered
vo~ers; and
WHEREAS, it is considered to be for the best interest of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and for the owner and inhabitants of subject
tract that same be annexed and included within the municipal territorial
limits of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby declares its intention to annex the following described
tract of land to the municipal territorial limits of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida:
Lots 41, 42 and the West 231 Feet of Lots 54 and
55 Amended Plat of TRADE WINDS ESTATES,
according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of
the Clerk of Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 21, page
73, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

SECTION 2: That, upon annexation, subject tract shall be
zoned Z~ne R1AA under the master zoning code of said City to authorize
conditional use of property for church and accessory educational and
recreational buildings and play grounds.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Should any section or provision of this ordinance,
or any portion hereof be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as
a whole or any part hereof,
SECTION 5:
other than the part declared to be invalid.
This ordinance shall become effective in the
manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinanees of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
