AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA~ AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY REZONING LOTS
1, 2, and 3, BLOCK 21; LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 17,
18, 19 and 20, BLOCK 25; ALL OF BLOCKS 24
AND 33, AMENDED PLAT OF BOYNTON RIDGE;
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 28, FROM
ZONE R-1 TO ZONE R-3A; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
~zoned as follows:
Lois 1, 2, and 3, Block 21; Lois 1, 2, 3, 4, 17
18, 19 and 20, Block 25; all of Blocks 24 and 33,
Amended Plat of Boynton Ridge, subdivision to
the City of Boynlon Beach, Florida, according to
the plal thereof recorded in lhe office of the Clerk
of Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County
Florida, recorded in Plal Book 24, page 28. To
be re-zoned from Zone R-1 to ZoneI{-3A.
The Official Zoning Map of /he City shall be amended accord-
ingly.
SECTION 2: _Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hareof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or paris
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effeclive in the manner and al the lime provided by the Charier and Ordin-
ances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
