AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY REZONING THAT
PART OF N 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 LYING
WEST OF FIND CANAL, LESS STATE ROAD
R/W KNOWN AS MUCK LOTS #108, #109 and
#110 ALL BEING IN SECTION 27, TWP. 45 S,
RANGE 43E, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM ZONE R1AA TO C-i; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
That part of N 1/4 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4lying
west of FIND Canal, less State Road R/W,
known as muck lots #108, #109 and #110, all
being in Section 27, Township 45 South, Range
43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida. To
be re-zoned from Zone R-1AA to Zone C-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended
accordingly.
Section 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordin-
ance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if
any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinance
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. .
