AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REVISING THAT PORTION OF THE EXISTING
OFFICIAL 1ViASTER ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY COVER-
ING THAT CERTAIN AREA LYING NORTH OF NORTH 6th
~kVENUE, SOUTH OF BOYNTON CANAL, WEST OF
THE FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY,
AND EAST OF STATE ROAD NO. 9, ItEP~ALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
Thai that portion of the existing official master
zoning map of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining to the
area lying North of North 6th Avenue, South of Boynton ~anal, West of the
Florida East Coast Railway Right-of-Way and East of State Road No. 9,
previously recommended for amendment to the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, by the Planning and Zoning Board of said
City, as modified by the City Council subsequent to its public hearing thereo~
is hereby approved. That a copy of said amended plan is appended hereto
and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: Each of the provisions of this ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase, or section, and if any portion
hsreof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Ail ordinances or parm of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective in the manner
and at th~ time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
