AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY BY RE-
ZONING THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
(SWl/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWl/4) OF
SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43-EAST,
LYING WEST OF THE FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION
DISTRICT CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY, LESS THE RIGHT-
OF-WAY OF DIXIE HIGHWAY, FROM ZONE R-1AA to
ZONE C-i; ~REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or zoned
as follows:
Thai portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
lying West of the Florida Inland Navigation District C~nal~i
right-of-way, less the right-of-way of Dixie Highway, to be re-
zoned i~om ZONE R-1AA to zone "ZONE C-i". (Address:
602 South Federal Highway).
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declare invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effect
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
